Temple Beth Torah is proud to have Cesar Yosef Beleniski as its permanent Cantor. Cantor Beleniski is originally from Argentina where he accumulated forty years of experience as a professional singer and thirty five years as a cantor. He first sang in a synagogue in 1946, at the age of 5, when he was taken by his grandfather to sing before a group of Rabbis and Cantors at Temple Paso, Argentina's largest temple. He was then invited to serve as one of Temple Paso's Cantors, even though he had no formal training at that time. He served in that capacity until adolescence. Cantor Beleniski then trained at Temple Libertad, the second largest congregation in Argentina and served as Cantor at Temple Max Nordav, Comunidad Dor Jadash.

Cantor Beleniski migrated to the United States in 2002 with his wife Silvia where he became a Cantor at Beth Am Kendall Kabalat Latina and after at Temple B'nai Zion in Sunny Isles Beach. Cantor Beleniski has performed in many countries around the world and has been invited to perform many wedding ceremonies in various Latin American countries such as Ecuador and Venezuela. He is able to perform in Yiddish, Hebrew, Spanish and Italian. In addition to his musical activities, Cantor Beleniski was a clothing manufacturer and retailer in Argentina.

Cantor and his wife have four children - Maximiliano who lives in Spain with his wife and two daughters; Sylvina, Victoria and Exequiel who still live in Argentina.
